Model 110 Air-Cooled High-Efficiency Granulator: Test Run Completed and Shipped to Korean Client

Recently, we successfully completed the manufacturing and commissioning of a customized Model 110 air-cooled granulator for a client in South Korea. The resulting pellets are dry, translucent, and ready for direct use in downstream injection molding or film blowing processes—requiring no secondary drying—thereby generating substantial savings in electricity and labor costs.

**Full and Uniform Pellets:** Following cutting by the air-cooled die head, the pellets emerge in a uniform disc or spherical shape with smooth, rounded surfaces. Free from “twin pellets” (joined particles), their quality is fully comparable to that of virgin raw materials.

**Simplified Maintenance:** By eliminating the need for complex circulating water systems and dewatering stages, the machine features a more compact overall structure, leading to a significant improvement in workshop cleanliness and hygiene. **Model 110 High-Power Extrusion System:** Equipped with a high-strength screw, the system features precision PID temperature controllers that ensure accurate temperature regulation across every zone. This guarantees thorough plasticization of the material—whether processing thin film scraps or heavy-duty packaging bags—thereby preventing the formation of bubbles or black spots in the finished pellets.
