Ready for Shipment: High-Performance Fully Automatic Bag-Making Machine Successfully Passes Pre-Delivery Testing

In the modern flexible packaging industry, bag-making equipment serves as a critical link in the production chain. Its operational stability, precision, and efficiency directly dictate a packaging company’s production costs and market competitiveness. To ensure that every machine delivered to a client operates at peak performance, we conduct rigorous pre-shipment testing. Our latest custom-engineered, high-performance, fully automatic three-side-seal/stand-up pouch production line has successfully passed its final comprehensive operational test. As shown in the video, the equipment maintains smooth, precise, and highly efficient operation even at high speeds, with all technical specifications meeting or exceeding design standards. It is now being prepared for shipment to our overseas client’s facility. Multi-stage heating: As the plastic composite film moves through the production line at high speed, it undergoes progressive heating and high-pressure compression via multiple longitudinal and transverse sealing bars, ensuring the inner layers of the film are thoroughly fused.

Cold cutting and shaping: Following heat sealing, a powerful cooling system applies cold pressure to shape the bags, ensuring the edges remain flat and curl-free, resulting in a polished, professional appearance.

Broad versatility: Whether processing PET/PE, BOPP/CPP, or aluminum foil laminates, this system delivers exceptional seal strength—easily meeting the stringent leak-proof requirements of the food, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries. Multi-lane parallel production: The equipment supports dual-lane or multi-lane output, allowing for the simultaneous production of multiple rows of high-quality pouches in a single cutting cycle, effectively doubling production capacity compared to traditional single-lane systems.

Servo-driven precision film advancement: Equipped with high-performance servo motors and an optoelectronic tracking system, the machine ensures millimeter-level alignment accuracy for both pre-printed, patterned pouches and transparent plastic bags.

Automated conveyor sorting: Finished pouches are smoothly transported via a conveyor belt, with an integrated automatic stacking and alignment mechanism at the discharge end. This significantly simplifies manual collection and offline packaging, leading to substantial labor cost savings. Industrial-Grade Stainless Steel and Precision Construction: Key components of the main unit, along with the protective covers for the sealing blades, are crafted from high-quality stainless steel. This material is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and fully compliant with the stringent requirements of food-grade packaging production environments. “Rigorous pre-shipment testing is the ultimate expression of our commitment to our customers’ trust.” During the trial run, our senior engineers conducted comprehensive evaluations of the equipment’s mechanical drive, pneumatic systems, electrical control circuits, and its stability during extended, continuous operation. The sample bags produced during these tests met all tensile strength standards, featured a flawless, smooth finish, and demonstrated precise print registration—earning high praise from both on-site and remote clients.

With the successful dispatch of this fully automatic bag-making machine, it will soon be integrated into the customer’s production facility, delivering higher output efficiency, reduced scrap rates, and superior product quality.
