💡 Struggling with the recycling of plastic films or woven bags? Our customized Model 90 extrusion granulator delivers stable output and uniform pellets! Click to watch the machine in action! 👇 [Shipment Update] A customized Model 90 plastic granulator has successfully passed its trial run! With an hourly capacity of 80 kg, it facilitates high-quality recycling of waste plastics—specifically optimized for films and soft waste materials.
As shown in the trial video, the equipment features a specialized forced-feeding mechanism. This system effectively compresses lightweight, bulky waste—such as woven bags and plastic films—and pushes it into the screw feed inlet. This solves common industry pain points associated with traditional granulators, including difficult feeding, frequent jamming, and low efficiency.

Modular and Customized Design:
The complete system includes a main extruder, an independent electrical control cabinet, a pelletizing/pneumatic collection and storage unit, and a dust-extraction pneumatic conveying system. The high-visibility yellow-and-black industrial finish is not only aesthetically pleasing but also complies with international industrial safety standards. High-efficiency, stable output of 80 kg/h:
The screw of the Model 90 granulator undergoes specialized heat treatment and is coated with wear-resistant alloys, ensuring exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Its carefully engineered length-to-diameter ratio and screw configuration ensure that waste plastics are thoroughly sheared, melted, and homogenized within the barrel. This achieves a stable output of 80 kg per hour, significantly boosting the client’s daily return on investment (ROI).

2. Precision Temperature Control and Intelligent Electrical System:
The equipment is equipped with a dedicated industrial control cabinet, where an instrument panel allows for precise adjustment and monitoring of temperatures across various heating zones. Effective temperature control prevents thermal degradation of the plastic during the melting process, thereby preserving the physical properties—such as tensile strength and toughness—of the recycled material to the greatest extent possible. 3. On-Site Trial Run: Uniform Pellets with a High-Quality Finish
During the pre-shipment trial run—encompassing extrusion, strand/pellet cutting, and pneumatic cooling—the system consistently produced smooth, rounded pellets of uniform size and color. On-site quality inspectors examined the freshly produced recycled pellets, confirming they were solid and free of air pockets, perfectly meeting the client’s specifications.

III. Overview of the Pre-Shipment Trial Run
To ensure our clients can purchase with confidence and use our equipment with peace of mind, we conduct a rigorous, full-process trial run using actual materials before any machine is shipped:

Feeding (00:00 – 00:08): Operators load waste woven bags into the feed hopper; the pneumatic ram applies steady pressure, ensuring the material is rapidly and smoothly drawn into the extrusion system without any jamming.

Extrusion and Melting (00:10 – 00:20): A powerful main motor drives the screw at high speed, while the main vent and screen changer operate reliably, effectively removing moisture and impurities from the material.

Pneumatic Conveying and Collection (00:22 – 00:32): The cut pellets are efficiently transported via pneumatic piping into dual vertical storage silos, with transparent viewing windows allowing for real-time monitoring of the pellet flow.

Finished Product Showcase (00:23 – 00:25): A handful of the newly produced pellets reveals uniform sizing and excellent flowability—ready for immediate use in downstream processes such as film blowing, injection molding, or fiber extrusion.

IV. Why Choose Our Customized Pelletizing Solutions?
Transparent Quality Control: Every machine comes with a detailed trial-run video and a technical test report prior to delivery.

Flexible Customization: From screw configuration, heating methods (electric or electromagnetic), and screen changer types to the overall machine layout, every aspect can be tailored to the specific material (PE, PP, ABS, PET, etc.) provided by the client. Comprehensive after-sales service system: Includes remote installation guidance, operator training, and long-term guaranteed supply of original manufacturer parts.
