High-pressure materials successfully arrived at the factory. The Model 150 air-cooled plastic recycling granulator successfully completed its trial run. The customer was satisfied and signed for the delivery.

Today marks another significant day for our factory. A full truckload of high-pressure materials from our collaborating client arrived on time at our factory for on-site testing and comprehensive acceptance of the Model 150 air-cooled plastic recycling granulator. The client’s primary concerns were the equipment’s stability, whether the output met the standards, and whether the granule quality met the requirements. We delivered a satisfactory answer to this test and acceptance process with our capabilities and results.
I. Real Material Testing – The Most Convincing Verification Method
Compared to no-load testing and small-scale trial runs, the client placed more importance on the performance in a real production scenario. Therefore, the client specifically arranged for a truckload of high-pressure material to be delivered to the factory for on-site processing, observation, and evaluation. This verification method is not only more objective but also directly reflects the reliability of the equipment under continuous, high-intensity operation.
When the material entered the feeding system, the Model 150 air-cooled plastic recycling granulator started stably, the main machine ran smoothly, the screw plasticization was uniform, the temperature control system responded accurately, and all data remained within a stable range. From feeding, plasticizing, filtering, drawing, cooling to granulation, every step was coordinated smoothly and efficiently, leaving the clients present highly impressed with the overall performance of the machine.
II. Model 150 – The Perfect Combination of High Efficiency and Energy Saving
The star of this test was our best-selling and most highly-regarded Model 150 air-cooled plastic recycling granulator. It is not only suitable for various plastic recycling granulation needs such as PE, PP, HDPE, LDPE, high-pressure materials, and low-pressure materials, but also has become the preferred model for many factories due to its high output, low energy consumption, and convenient operation.
The main features of the Model 150 include:
1. Stable Output and Outstanding Efficiency
During this test, the hourly output of the Model 150 fully met the client’s expectations. Regardless of the weight or moisture content of the incoming material, or changes in the length of the drawn strands during processing, the equipment responded quickly and maintained stable and continuous production.
2. Environmentally Friendly and Energy-Saving Air Cooling System
Compared to traditional water-cooled granulation methods, the air-cooling system does not require water and eliminates the need for wastewater treatment, reducing secondary pollution and making it more environmentally friendly for the factory. At the same time, the granules cool and dry quickly, preventing sticking and resulting in good granule shape. 3. One-Button Start, Simple Operation
The intelligent control system makes the equipment easier to operate, even for first-time users. Customers highly praised the convenience of the “one-button start” feature.
4. Uniform Granules, Superior Quality
Through screen filtration and uniform screw plasticization, the produced granules are full and round, with high density and few impurities, fully meeting the customer’s finished product requirements.
III. The On-Site Testing Atmosphere Was Enthusiastic, and the Customer Participated in the Evaluation Throughout the Process
During the testing process, our technical team accompanied the customer throughout, from machine adjustment and temperature setting, to material feeding and trial production, to yield testing and granule quality control. Every step was strictly monitored, and parameters and data were promptly shown to the customer. The customer not only participated in the measurements but also carefully compared the finished granules in their hands, confirming the gloss, hardness, color depth, and stability.
As the trial production yield steadily increased and the equipment ran more smoothly, the customer’s initial concerns gradually turned into approval, and finally, a satisfied smile.
This is not only an affirmation of the equipment quality but also a testament to the strength of our factory.
IV. Successful Trial Run and Acceptance · Customer Satisfied and Signed Off
After several hours of continuous high-load operation, the 150 model air-cooled recycling granulator performed flawlessly. Whether in terms of performance, output, or finished product quality and stability, it fully met or even exceeded the customer’s requirements.
After the trial run, the customer confirmed the equipment acceptance results on the spot, signed the relevant documents, and officially completed the delivery process.
The customer said:

“Choosing your equipment means choosing stability and peace of mind. Today’s trial run has given me even more confidence. I will continue to purchase other models and look forward to a long-term partnership.”

This evaluation is our greatest motivation.
