From startup and heating and plasticizing to film bubble formation, traction, and winding, every step was meticulously observed and data recorded. During the trial run, the equipment operated smoothly, with excellent noise control. The motor, reduction system, and heating system functioned normally. The finished film product had a smooth surface with no obvious defects, and the thickness control was precise. The overall performance received high praise from the customer. After the trial run, our technicians conducted a further inspection of key components to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment during long-distance transportation and subsequent use.
