Calcium carbonate filler masterbatch is mainly PP/PE as raw material, calcium carbonate filler, filling amount can be more than 80%.
The material is fully plasticized and dispersed by the refiner and put into the elevator, and then the material is forced into the single screw through the cone double feeder, and the screw core is filled with water, and the whole process is dispersed.
Aiming at the characteristics of calcium carbonate filled masterbatch, major improvements have been made to change the former pneumatic type compactor into hydraulic type compactor, and the sealing adopts hydraulic sealing, which solves the problem of powder leakage of the former compactor and greatly improves the surface treatment effect of calcium carbonate, thus improving the dispersing effect of calcium carbonate filled masterbatch.
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly high-efficiency granulator structure: 1, refiner 2, elevator 3, cone double feeder (dedicated to feed the refiner out of the dough material) 4, single-screw granulator (to complete the compaction of the material and extrusion) 5, blowing on the hot cutter head (cut into particles) 6, the second level of the cyclone separator (for cold and dispersed) 7, extended air-cooled vibrating screen (filtering) 8, finished product silo.
The production process is divided into three main parts.
1. Formulation: Calcium carbonate polyethylene adhesive is its main ingredient. But also need to add with some small materials such as (must add the right amount of lubricants, coupling agents, accelerators) and other auxiliary raw materials for granulation in order to achieve the production and use of the requirements.
2. Pelletizing: the mainstream process in the market as follows: 1. refiner (to make a good mix of raw materials dispersed) — 2. elevator (refining the refining machine refining good material is elevated to the feeder) —-3. Cone double forced feeding (refining machine refining good for the doughy, with the cone double feeder forced feeding into the single-screw extruder) —–4. Single-screw main engine (will be compressed and extruded material) —–5. air-cooled Air-cooled hot cutting head (single-screw extruder material cut into granules) 6. cyclone separator (so that the material particles dispersed cooling) —–7. vibrating screen (sieve out too fine and too large particles) —–8. silo (loaded with finished products)
3. Process key requirements: raw material granulation mixing should be good, so that the next stage of the paper process will not produce bubbling, fracture, voids, holes and other phenomena.
